Formation of Contract
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods from us.
A contract is formed only when we accept your order and issue an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including pricing errors or stock issues.
Pricing
All prices shown are subject to VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to order acceptance.
If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before dispatch.
Payment
Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All trade orders are pro forma unless agreed otherwise.
Delivery
We strongly recommend placing orders at least 2 working days before work begins, as we cannot be held responsible for delays where insufficient lead time has been allowed.
Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
All deliveries are carried out by third-party couriers. We are not liable for any delays caused by circumstances outside of our control.
International Orders
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges. These are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
Inspection, Damages & Shortages
All goods must be inspected upon delivery.
Any damage or shortages must be reported within 3 days.
Installation Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to check all goods are correct, complete and suitable before installation.
We are not liable for any labour costs, removal costs, reinstatement costs or consequential losses where goods have been installed prior to being checked.
Returns
Returns must be authorised by us in advance.
Goods must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping until goods are received by us.
Consumer Cancellation Rights
If you are purchasing as a consumer online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Goods must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
This right does not apply to bespoke, made-to-order, cut or personalised goods unless faulty.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Defective Goods
If goods are faulty, please notify us as soon as possible.
Where goods are confirmed to be defective, we will resolve this in line with your statutory rights.
Risk & Ownership
Goods become the customer’s responsibility upon delivery.
Ownership remains with us until payment is received in full.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud or where it would be unlawful to do so.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business.
Trade Accounts
Trade accounts are available to UK businesses only.
We may request proof of business and reserve the right to approve or reject applications.
Accounts may be suspended or closed without notice.
Minimum spend requirements may apply before discounts are activated.
Price Match Promise
We will match a competitor’s price where:
- The product is identical and in stock
- The price is publicly verifiable
- The product is not from a reseller or stockist
This cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
Acceptable Use
You must not use this website unlawfully or attempt to harm, disrupt or misuse it in any way.
Intellectual Property
All website content is owned or licensed by us and may not be used without permission.
Privacy & Cookies

Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our control.
Severance
If any part of these terms is found invalid, the remainder will continue to apply.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
