The single room control unit offers the perfect solution for installing water underfloor heating in a small area and can also be connected to run off an existing radiator system. Limiting the pipe runs to 100m from flow to return, the contro pack will suit 20sqm at 200mm pipe centres, or 15sqm at 150mm pipe centres.

With an impressive 3kw heat output, the temperature control unit monitors the temperature of the water delivered through the underfloor heating system while the thermostatic mixing head controls the flow temperature

The complete unit which includes a high specification A-rated Grundfos pump, gives you precise control of temperature and flow from all hot water sources including oil and gas boilers, wood stoves and green energy sources like solar, ground and air source heat pumps.

The lightweight compact design makes it easy to connect directly onto the existing pipework without the need for extra brackets saving time and money. The complete unit consists of a mixer valve, circulating pump, isolating valves, flow & return connections and mounting kit.
