In the unfortunate event your underfloor heating pipe is damaged during installation, the pipe repair kit offers a quick and permanent solution to fix the issue with minimal downtime.  Once the repair coupler is in place the system will operate as efficiently as before and remain watertight. You can also screed over the repair coupler with no issues.

Comprising of two fittings that attach to a centre piece, the pipe repair kit can be used with all multilayer pipe sizes from 10-20mm.

Fitting instructions:

1. Attach the fittings to the centre piece
2. Place against the pipe and mark the pipe at each end of the fitting
3. Cut the pipe about 20mm short of each marker, making a clean 90 degree cut
4. Remove the damaged section of pipe and throw it at the new guy
5. Bevel both ends of the pipe to remove any burrs
6. Side the compression nut and olive on to each end of pipe
7. Push the inserts into the pipe
8. Attach one end of pipe to the centre piece but only hand tighten
9. Bring the other end in and attach
10. Tighten both compression nuts using a spanner

Pack includes: 2x olives, 2x inserts, 2x compression nuts and centre piece.
