The 25m Pre-Insulated 32mm MLCP Pipe (Red) is a high-performance, ready-to-install solution designed for hot water, cold water, and heating applications. It combines a durable multilayer composite pipe with factory-fitted insulation to simplify installation while improving long-term reliability and energy efficiency.

The inner MLCP (Multilayer Composite Pipe) is manufactured to comply with EN ISO 21003 and produced under ISO 9001 quality management controls. Its multilayer construction combines plastic and aluminium to deliver excellent strength, flexibility, and dimensional stability. The aluminium layer also acts as an effective oxygen barrier in accordance with DIN 4726, helping to protect system components from corrosion and premature wear.

Surrounding the pipe is a 7mm layer of extruded, closed-cell polyethylene foam insulation, designed to minimise heat loss and enhance thermal performance. The insulation incorporates a continuous vapour barrier to prevent condensation and moisture ingress, making it suitable for concealed and exposed installations.

A durable PE-LD outer foil provides additional mechanical protection, improving resistance to damage during handling and installation while supporting long-term system performance in both residential and commercial environments.
