When connected to the neoHub (2nd Generation or later), the neoStat V3 integrates seamlessly into the Heatmiser neo smart heating system, unlocking full remote control via the neoApp. Users can manage temperatures room-by-room, set schedules, activate holiday modes and monitor usage from anywhere. Enhanced internal hardware delivers improved wireless mesh performance and extended communication range, ensuring reliable connectivity throughout the home.

neoHub Compatibility Notice

The neoStat V3 requires a neoHub (2nd Generation or later) and is not compatible with the original 1st Generation neoHub. As the neo smart system has evolved, newer devices have been engineered around updated communication standards to provide greater reliability, enhanced performance and long-term support.
Customers upgrading from an early neo system will need a current neoHub to access smart features and future firmware updates.
