Description
Our range of poly style stainless steel manifolds manage the distribution, shut-off, and balancing of warm water underfloor heating systems, complying with BSEN 1264-4 standards. Each heating circuit’s flow rate can be finely adjusted betwen 1 and 5 litres per minute through the intergrated flow meters on the upper manifold body, while flow rates can be closed using using the manual isoltion valves on the return manifold.
The manifold features an M30 x 1.5 valve connection compatible with all common actuators, available as an optional accessory. It ensures precise adjustment even at high flow rates, and its premium quality O-ring valve gaskets (EPDM) guarantee ease of operation and high durability. The manifold includes 1″ MT flat-sealing connections to the heat generator and connects to heating circuits via 3⁄4″ eurocone for clamp ring screw connections. Additionally, it comes with an end set featuring a 3/4” swivel connection for shut-off, filling, draining, and flushing.
Ready-mounted on a wall bracket with low-noise pipe clamps in accordance with DIN 4109, the manifold also supports a wide range of supplementary systems, such as pump groups, hydraulic control units for manifolds, heat interface units, and more.
Available with a choice of pipe connectors to fit PAP and EVOH pert pipe sizes.
Each manifold kit includes:
- Upper flow manifold with flow meters per port
- Lower return manifold with removalable isolation valves
- Integrated filling valve and auto air vent
- Integrated drain valve and pressure gauge
- Pre-fitted mounting bracket
