The floor sensor probe provides accurate measurement and regulation of floor temperatures, making it the perfect solution for bathrooms and wet rooms where traditional thermostat placement may not be ideal.

A floor sensor is also recommended when installing wooden flooring over your underfloor heating system to ensure the floor temperature does not exceeds 27°C, safeguarding your wood flooring from the risk of scorching or damage.

The Remote Floor Probe comes with a generous 3-meter length and is securely housed in a durable plastic jacket (colour may vary). For added convenience, it can be extended to 20 meters using a Cat 5 FTP cable in combination with a junction box.

The floor sensor is wired into the back of the thermostat and can be used with both wired and wireless controllers. The probe is then guided through the wall cavity, tucked beneath the skirt board, and carefully embedded within the floor. Alternatively, it can be concealed in a discreet location or housed in a wall housing, offering flexibility in its installation.
