Our 160w carbon heating film is designed for installation beneath carpet & vinyl.

The film is laid over our exceptional 6mm Depron floor insulation (which replaces the standard flooring underlay) and underneath our HeatPak to give a minimal effect on your floor height – less than 14mm. This makes it ideal for use in both new buildings and renovations or refurbishments where floor height can be vitally important.

Each 160w carbon film kit contains:

– 160w carbon heating film roll
– 6mm Depron foam underlay
– Digital programmable thermostat
– 3 metre floor probe
– PE protective film barrier
– HeatPak containing a 3mm base board and a 4mm top board (see comparison chart for details)

Heat Output
Carbon Film Heating and HeatPak over board system is design to work with the carbon heating film. Once placed over the carbon heating you can fit a vinyl or carpet floor covering as long as the total Tog value of the floor covering is less than 2

Simple to install
The installation is so simple it can be done by anyone with even the most basic DIY skills, leaving your electrician to connect it up to the mains for you. Please read our installation guide for step-by-step instructions.

Digital control
The control of the heating system is via our simple to operate, digital thermostat controller which has a 7-day/24 hr timer built in. The thermostat is unobtrusive and takes up the same space as a standard light switch.

The heating film is manufactured in the UK in a BEAB approved factory and has been used worldwide for many years. It is extremely reliable and comes with a lifetime manufacturers warranty!
